Common questions
The app can’t find my location
Go to Settings › Privacy & Security › Location Services › Easy Ride Auckland and choose “While Using the App”. Without location access, you can still try the city-centre demo.
What do the three lights do?
Train, Bus and Ferry. Turn a light off and the app stops looking for that kind of stop. If only the train light is on, you only see the nearest train stations.
What does ✓ mean?
✓ means you can walk to the stop in time for that departure. Faded departures leave before you could get there.
What does the signal icon mean?
Times with the signal icon are live estimates from Auckland Transport, including delays. Other times come from the official timetable.
It says there’s no service
Late at night most Auckland services stop running. The app shows departures for the next 3 hours.
Is the timetable up to date?
Yes. The app downloads new timetables automatically when Auckland Transport publishes them (usually on Wi-Fi, about 3 MB).
How do I change the language?
The app follows your iPhone’s language: Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese or English. You can also set it just for this app in Settings › Easy Ride Auckland › Language.

Timetables, stops and live times come from Auckland Transport open data (CC BY 4.0). Easy Ride Auckland is an independent app and is not affiliated with Auckland Transport. For fares, service changes and official information, check at.govt.nz.

三顆燈是什麼？
分別是火車、巴士、渡輪。關掉一顆燈，就不找那種車站。只亮火車，就只顯示最近的火車站。
✓ 是什麼意思？
✓ 表示現在走過去趕得上這班車。變淡的班次表示走過去會來不及。
訊號圖示是什麼意思？
有訊號圖示的時間，是 Auckland Transport 的即時預估（含誤點）；沒有的是官方表定時間。
顯示沒有班次
奧克蘭深夜大部分路線都收班了。App 會顯示接下來 3 小時內的班次。
時刻表是最新的嗎？
是。Auckland Transport 發布新時刻表後，App 會自動下載更新（通常在 Wi-Fi 下，約 3 MB）。
